Terms of Sale

Once an order is placed, Safety Spanners, LLC will send out an invoice to the customer adding appropriate taxes and shipping fees, if any. The customer has the option to pay online via credit card directly to Quickbooks or mail a check. Orders must be prepaid before shipping. Order cancellations should be addressed to the manufacturer at the contact info listed below.

Warranty

All tools guaranteed for one year under normal usage. If a wrench is broken under normal usage, it will be replaced when returned to manufacturer, and inspection shows no misuse. Please request an RMA number before returning any product.

Product Returns

Safety Spanners, LLC will not accept any returns unless the product is defective in which case we will replace the defective product. Please request an RMA number before returning any product.
